We had a unbelievable experience on Batman Gotham City Escape. VIP experience with only 3 people on the event. We had a train each. Thank you to all the staff who operated the coaster. Made a magical experience.

When I bought the place, it had been created from noon to 10pm. We found ourselves at 8pm with all the attractions closed, as well as the restaurants and, to top it all off, the toilets too. When I wanted to ask an agent why the timetables were wrong, or simply why today it closes at 8pm, she told me, the last condescending thing, I want to go home, it's not my problem. It's a disgrace, considering the price of the ticket!

Good rides, nice park. But I remember also the very unfriendly, shouting personal to the single riders like me (Gotham City Escape). The bustransport start to late from San Martin de la Vega. You cannot reach the park just before openig and e.g. 'run' to your favoriete coaster - before the busy crowd arrives in the park. Both days were hot - 41 celsius - but no temperory made shades in the outside que lines. My first day I waited until 14:30 in the hot sun for my first ride of the day in the Gotham City Escape. Although it were on the whole two good days in Warner Madrid.

The park is great, we went with two children who'd never been on a rollercoaster before and there was plenty for them to do and even though the big rides were a little too adventurous for them they didn't feel like they missed out on anything. We were there yesterday 2nd of January. Many attractions and restaurants was closed and we had to pay full price for the ticket. Its holiday time, so many families were there, sometimes with 45 minutes to wait. 50 meters came out the line from the restaurant. The show was great and the roller costers were all amazing. Staff was kind at all places.

This ticket would work diretcly on the entrance of the park without queing in the ticket booth. We tought it would be like an express pass for the rides but its not 😅 nevertheless We enjoyed the park during my son's birthday. Must have to bring swimwear or extra clothes as some of the rides youll get wet and small water park for kids.
